Common Error के कुछ Problems Tense से भी दिए जाते है। खासकर Conditional Sentence से अतः Conditional Sentence का पूरी जानकारी होना बहुत जरूरी है। 

NOTE -Conditional Sentence का अर्थ उस sentence से होता है जिसके दो भाग होते है एक भाग से शर्त (Condition) का पता चलता है तथा दूसरे भाग से परिणाम (Result) का पता चलता है। Conditional Sentence प्रायः If, When, Before, After, Till, Until, Unless, As soon as, As long as, In case इत्यादि से शुरू होते है। इन सब शब्दों से शुरू होने वाले Sentence के शुरू में भी हो सकते है या अंत में भी।   

RULE- यदि If, When etc. से शुरू होने वाले Sentence में V1 या V5 का प्रयोग हो तो दूसरे भाग में Shall या Will का प्रयोग होना चाहिए न की Should या Would का। 

Str.             If +sub+v1/v5+obj+sub+shall/will+v1+obj.
                                   
                                      Or
                  
             sub+shall/will+v1+obj+If +sub+v1/v5+obj.

Example- If you come, I shall help you. यदि तुम आओगे तो मैं तुम्हारी मदद करूंगा। 

Problem- You will call/ me as soon as/ you will reach Delhi./N.E.

Right- You will call/ me as soon as/ you reach Delhi./N.E.

RULE- यदि If, When etc. से शुरू होने वाले Sentence में V2  का प्रयोग हो तो दूसरे भाग में Should+v1 या Would+v1 का प्रयोग होना चाहिए न की Shall या Will का। 

Str.      Sub+V2+obj+sub+would+V1+obj.

Example- If you would meet/ him into the way/ you would tell him about my critical         condition./N.E.
              
        यदि तुम उससे रास्ते में मिल जाओ तो उससे मेरी दयनीय स्थिति के बारे में बता देना। 

 Right- If you would meet/ him into the way/ you told him about my critical                      condition./N.E.

RULE- यदि If, When etc. से शुरू होने वाले Sentence में had+V3  का प्रयोग हो तो दूसरे भाग में Would+have+V3 या Should+have+V3 का प्रयोग होना चाहिए

Str.   

If+sub+had+v3+obj+sub+would/should+have+v3+obj.

Example- If you had written/ to him earlier/ he would help you in hour of need./N.E

       यदि तुम उसे पहले ही चिट्टी लिख दी होती तो वह तुम्हारी जरूरत के समय मदद कर देता। 

Right- If you had written/ to him earlier/ he would have helped you in hour of               need./N.E.

RULE- यदि If, When etc. से शुरू होने वाले Sentence में were+noun/pronoun का प्रयोग हो तो दूसरे भाग में सिर्फ would+V1 का प्रयोग होना चाहिए।

Str. If+sub+were+noun/pronoun+sub+would+V1+obj

Example- If I were the primeminister of India I would eradicate poverty from India.
               
               यदि मैं भारत का प्रधान मंत्री होता तो भारत से गरीबी मिटा देता। 

Problem- She helped/ you in hour of need/ if she were/ the doughter of a rich man./N.E.    
              
Right- She would help/ you in hour of need/ if she were/ the doughter of a rich man./N.E      

Note- कभी कभी Were के स्थान पे Had का प्रयोग होता है लेकिन दिमाग पे ज्यादा जोर डालने की जरूरत क्योंकि "Were=Had" होता है क्योंकि Were Was का V2 होता है तथा Had Have का V2 होता है। 

Example- If I had something to give you I would give you.
        
                  यदि मेरे पास कुछ देने के लिए होता तो मैं आपको दे देता। 

Note-इस तरह के Sentences में Singular तथा Plural Subject दोनों के साथ Plural Verb Were का ही प्रयोग किया जाता है।
